Our organisation is built on three main values: educate, emulate and empower.  We aim to build services that are designed around these values to bring about restoration, hope and leadership to today's generation. 

Our diversified services will continue to grow by meeting current issues concerning youths, improving our existing services, and listening to youths via meetings, forums and other mediums.

We aim to make a distinctive and substantial impact for youths, parents and the communities we live in.  We pay special attention to reaching out to youths who come from minority groups of society, who may feel under-represented, who come from disadvantaged or dysfunctional homes or who may be involved or affiliated with gangs and youth crime, with the aim of steering away the negative behaviours that such environments can create. 

Our values are defined as follows:

To provide with knowledge, training and information that will bring an understanding or acceptance to various issues concerning young people. To stimulate or develop the mental or moral growth of young people by imparting knowledge and skills through various teaching methods and instruction.


 "emulate...."em·u·late (ĕm'yə-lāt')

To strive to equal or excel, especially through imitation of positive role models. To compete with healthily and successfully by presenting good working models and best practices.

 "empower....."em·pow·er (ĕm-pou'ər)

To invest with power through lessons of heritage, citizenship and leadership. To give young people the means, ability, or opportunity to reach their goals and dreams through available resources.
